Submitting an application:

Does not create a coaching relationship.

Does not guarantee that you will be invited to a consultation.

Does not guarantee that I will offer to work with you.

Does not oblige you to purchase coaching.

Does not oblige me to provide coaching.

Does not reserve coaching availability or pricing.

Applications are reviewed personally. I may accept or decline an application at my discretion.

Where I believe there may be a strong fit, I may provide a private link through which you can arrange a consultation.

4. Consultations

A consultation is an opportunity for us to understand your circumstances, explore what you want to change and decide whether working together appears appropriate.

There is no charge for the consultation unless expressly stated otherwise, and neither party is obliged to proceed.

A consultation does not itself create a coaching relationship.

A coaching relationship begins only when:

We have both agreed to work together;

The applicable coaching agreement has been accepted or signed; and

Any required initial payment has been made.

5. Separate coaching agreement

These website terms do not contain the complete terms of any private coaching partnership.

Before coaching begins, the relationship may be governed by a separate coaching agreement covering matters such as:

The coaching period.

Fees and payment arrangements.

Scheduling.

Cancellations and rescheduling.

Confidentiality.

Communication between sessions.

Responsibilities and expectations.

Ending the coaching relationship.

Other terms specific to the partnership.

Where there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed coaching agreement, the coaching agreement will take priority in relation to the coaching services.

6. Nature and limits of coaching

Life and mindset coaching is a collaborative personal-development service.

Coaching is not:

Medical advice or treatment.

Psychiatric or psychological treatment.

Psychotherapy or counselling.

Crisis intervention or emergency support.

Legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice.

A substitute for appropriately qualified professional care.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, business, relationships, finances and results.

You should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional where your circumstances require medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax or other regulated expertise.

If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service rather than using this website or coaching application.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Testimonials, case studies and descriptions of client experiences are provided as examples of individual experiences.

They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes.

Coaching outcomes vary depending on many factors, including your circumstances, decisions, actions, engagement, effort and factors outside either party’s control.

No statement on this website should be understood as a promise or guarantee of financial, business, professional, personal, relationship, health or other results.

I take reasonable care to ensure that information on this website is accurate and current.
